Description
A great hot chocolate recipe. The Mexican chocolate makes this a rich dessert drink.
Ingredients
- 6 c milk
- 3 oz Mexican chocolate
- 1 t cinnamon
- 3 eggs
Instructions
Mix the Mexican chocolate and cinnamon together and set aside.
Boil milk in the top of a double boiler for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and gradually add chocolate and cinnamon to the milk and beat with a wire whisk. When chocolate is thoroughly blended, heat until boiling.
Place mixture in the bottom of the double boiler and add eggs, whipping constantly. Serve hot when mixture is frothing and enjoy!
